There are three types of financial advice: 1. money mindset, 2. saving money/ spending less/paying off debt, and 3. making more money with investments and running your own business. Think about what kind of advice you need most right now and pick a few books on that topic or even just follow the authors on social media. It’s just really good to have some sort of a ‘personal money mentor’ who keeps you on track to your financial goals when you feel like falling off the wagon. Reading “You are a Badass” by Jen Sincero was like a major kick in the butt for me, it’s like one good big pep talk to motivate you into making some changes and beginning to believe that, yes, it’s possible! I can achieve my financial goals! Sometimes that is all it takes to turn your life around and end the eternal agony and struggle around your finances.
